Our HSQE team ensure that sustainable solutions and our environmental policies are implemented on every one of our projects.
Each project has an environmental impact assessment carried out during the preconstruction phase. We look at opportunities for minimising our carbon footprint and opportunities for maximising upcycling, re-using or recycling materials wherever possible. Our aim as an industry is to send far less to landfill.
2050 has been target as the year the UK will achieve net zero. With our industry contributing nearly 40% of global emissions we have a great deal of responsibility and must aim to bring this percentage down.
