19th & 24th Floors City Tower Manchester

This CAT A and CAT B Office refurbishment was completed for Schroders on the 19th & 24th floors of City Tower in Manchester. 

New corridors were formed, bulkheads created for air circulation as well as new fire doors. 

Offices and meeting rooms were created with solid and glazed partitions, the soffit was lined with plaster board and new suspended lighting was installed.

Fresh décor was applied to all areas, new carpets and vinyl flooring laid as well as a full overhaul of the toilets on the 19thfloor. 

Achieving sufficient fresh air was the key design challenge on this project. Working closely with KJ Tait and our specialist subcontractors we were able to delver the new HVAC system to the design brief.
