THE NEW BAILEYS SQUARE
We are thrilled to announce that Inside has been appointed by North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) to lead the regeneration of a significant area in Clay Cross Town Centre!
The Project
The project aims to transform the town centre by pedestrianising Market Street, refurbishing two historical buildings, and building five new incubator units that can be split into 16 smaller units. Additionally, the project includes landscaping, creating a new town square and opening up Eldon Street to Bridge Street
