Project Scope:
This project for Cumming Group on behalf of Schroders Real Estate Investment involved the refurbishment of the 1stFloor office to CAT A, common areas upgraded including reception and toilets.
The office area received new under floor air-conditioning, new suspended energy efficient LED lighting with daylight dimming sensors, new fire alarm as well as all new finishes.
The building remain occupied on the ground and 3rd floors during the works and so the toilet refurbishment was phased.
Inside have also completed CAT A reinstatement works to half of the 2nd floor.
