Sky Lounge & 26th Floor City Tower

Inside split the previous CAT A office floor by installing a fire rated corridor along with all associated HVAC upgrades. Once this project was completed, our client Schroders appointed us to create a brand new tenant facility. This new facility is now named “The Sky Lounge” with its fantastic views over Manchester.

The fit out involved installing new glazed partitions, Audio Visual equipment, HVAC to CAT B layout, new lighting as well as bespoke joinery and finishes. 

At the same time as the 28th floor works were being completed, Inside was also instructed to undertake CAT B works to the 26thfloor.

On the 2nd floor car deck, we created a new shower facility for cyclists which also included bike parking and lockers.
