Project Description

Inside transformed a 110,000 sq./ft industrial unit to create dynamic office, laboratory and brewery production spaces. Working closely with the client and their designers, we were able to deliver this project in 20 weeks.

The CAT B Fit out project included the construction of new admin and production offices, toilets, labs, production area drench showers, data cabinets and cabling to all areas and hose reels as well as warehouse lighting, air extraction, CO2 detection and fire alarm modifications. New air conditioning was installed as well as enhancements to existing ventilation to offices and brewery.

Our Approach

Inside worked closely with brewing consultants to manage M&E design and installation, introducing high-level ductwork, coordinated power runs, and complex pipe systems.

We phased works around brewing operations, ensuring noise, dust, and access were controlled and compliant with safety protocols.

Staff welfare and branding were reflected in the joinery, layout and finishes of the breakout and visitor-facing spaces.
