This project for Cumming Group on behalf of Schroders Real Estate Investment involved the refurbishment of the 1stFloor block A and part Ground Floor block B CAT A office at Clift Park in York.

The existing offices were stripped out leaving only the raised floor. The central heating system was also removed and replaced with VRF air-conditioning. New LED energy efficient lighting was installed into a new suspended ceiling grid. 

The walls and woodwork received fresh paint and new carpet tiles were laid. In the common areas the toilets were fully refurbished.
