Building 1 Atrium
The area was dull and lifeless so Inside provided a design to breath life back into the space using new floor coverings and a high end furniture package which helped the space feel more homely and inviting. This including glazed acoustic booths to allow the tenants to hold informal meetings, living walls and plants also helped to soften the feel plus a new bespoke joinery unit was installed to house the existing coffee machine services.
Building 2 Level 2
This floor had been recently vacated and Inside were instructed to carryout the previous tenant delaps and put the space back to the original CAT A layout, these works included:
- Strip out
- Validations of services
- M&E /controls/ fire alarms
- Fire stopping
- New ceiling tiles and ceiling repairs
- Décor through out
- RAF works – Repairs and under floor clean
- New floor coverings
Building 3 Ground Floor
This space had been fitted out to CATA in 2018 and remained vacant so the landlord wanted to provide some CATA+ options to the site to entice new tenants.
Inside was instructed to provided a full design consisting of the following packages to form 1no. 10/12 person meeting room, 1no. 4 per meeting room, reception/holding area, 40no. desk to open plan, teapoint / breakout area plus a external terrace/events area.
