A complete replacement of the roof coverings was required on this project which meant that the existing mechanical plant was removed and relocated. Large bulky items including new steel work were lifted on and off the roof using a crane. 

The 2nd floor was office space was stripped back to shell and refitted out to CAT B, the reception and common areas were upgraded including WC's
