Managing the process:

Our highly skilled project managers and site engineers manage the design phase of the project. From architectural drawings, mechanical and electrical designs, technical proposals to samples for approval, they manage the process start to finish.

The team will manage the flow of information, document and control any changes to the design as well as hold regular meetings and report on progress.

Our commercial managers work closely with our project managers, subcontractors and suppliers to produce detailed programs and procurement schedules. 

Regular quality checks are carried out, bench marks and hold points agreed with the specialist subcontractors and the client’s team. We ensure that the quality of the installation is achieved through monitoring and early identification and prevention of defects.

Closing Out:

Between 4-6 weeks prior to project completion, the Inside Project Finalisation Plan is implemented. We call this process “Inside Out” 

The process is designed to ensure that no stone is left uncovered, that all elements of the works will complete on time and to the highest standard.
